Residents are responsible for utilities. Electricity is billed directly by NV Energy. You will provide an account number on the day you move-in as proof that you have set up your electric service with NV Energy.

High speed internet service is available from Cox. Each apartment home comes with quick connect Wi-Fi directly from Cox. Activation is made easy with a simple QR code scan.

All other utilities including water, sewer, trash and gas are billed by Conservice and paid with your rent on the 1st of the month through your Resident Portal at The Ellison. Water is a flat rate of $30 per month for a studio or one-bedroom and $45 per month for a two-bedroom. Sewer is a flat rate of $30 per month. The trash and gas are a variable cost each month based on the number of occupants and square footage.

The Ellison has a Package Locker System to accept packages. There is a one-time set up fee of $25.

The Ellison currently offers 12-18 month lease terms. Short term leases may be available at a premium. Inquire with leasing staff for rates and additional details.

Renter’s Insurance is required prior to moving in. In the event an approved Renter’s Insurance Policy is not set up prior to moving in, a Damage Waiver Program will go into effect. Under the Damage Waiver Program, you pay $13 per month, in addition to your rental payment, and we waive our right to seek reimbursement for accidental damage caused by you up to $50,000. The Damage Waiver Program covers our property from fire, smoke, explosions, water, sewer backup or failing objects when damage is caused by the negligence of you, your occupants, or your guests.

The Ellison offers one complimentary parking space with each apartment home. Additional parking spaces may be rented at $100 per month.

Your furry companions are welcome at The Ellison. We do have breed restrictions and there is a 2-pet maximum. The one-time Pet Fee is $250 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
